Create a CSV XL import for my google map listing website

I have a working listing website and need to add a import feature so I can Add listings from a XL file into the database
One listing can belong to many categories
Field names to import are:
name
address
telephone
fax
mobile
website
description
approved
cat_id ( or category can belong to multiple categories )
is_stockist

The listing site is a Google map site, when a listing is added manually in the back-end add listing form, the longitude and latitude is created from the address field automaticaly, the import will need to be able to get the longitude and latitude from the address field as it does when you manual add a listing. Perhaps a separate FIND LOCATIONS button can be added to go through the listings and get the longitude and latitude.
The job is complete when I can add listings using a XL form that can belong to multiple categories and the listings have the longitude and latitude correct from the address in the address field.
