Convert A Ning Social Network Into a Buddypress Social Network

I am looking to have the content and members from an existing social network with roughly 1500 members run on a Ning platform, moved over to a wordpress MU buddypress platform hosted on a cloud server that I own.

I require all content from the old network, members, profiles, avatars, wall posts, blogs, forums, groups, group discussions, events, pictures, and video to be moved to the new site, and then set up to work just like they did on the old site. I already have a template built that looks like the old site so minimal design work will be involved. There are also several wordpress plugins which exist for free to help with this exact process.

This an existing and active social network, so we need a site that works right from the beginning, with all glitches worked out before the actual members are moved over. That means that I will be testing this thoroughly before the project is completed. Prior experience with this process is a plus.
