The application will have to post GPS (user's coordinates) and retrieve them.

The UI will include a map (e.g. a google map view) which will use GPS data of oneself and other users which uploaded their information to the webserver.

Ads will also be shown in the app.

The project's deliverables will include an iPhone/Android app (source code + built) and a PHP script to support them.

An elaborate description of the app will be given to adequate bidders.
