Metadata Analyser Required

I am looking for some software to be written which will allow the user to retrieve all the MetaData from different software packages, (MS Office - all versions, Adobe software, WordPerfect etc).

The metadata must be in a easily understandable format.

I will require an option of give out licences for this, and will require online authentification. I will also require the option of different versions of this software, (one for MS Word 97, one for MS Word 2007 etc).
