PHP Wiz to mod Mil Pix Script

I have bought Texmedia's Million Pixel Script and had it installed. Now I need a php programmer who is both skilled and creative to provide some key mods.

I need:

- mods to the registration tracks

- 3 new tooltips and a banner designed,

- a redirect page template built,

- an affiliate program script installed (I have a few if you don't)

- two new admin screens

- mods to click behavior of Basic blocks

- some assistance with html links, forms, maybe a few graphics.

I will choose quickly and would like to get the programmer to work as soon as possible. I'd like most function and content in place by mid March.

Contact will be via email and chat. And applicants with PC voice chat capability (GoogleTalk, Skype, Yahoo PC2PC Voice) are preferred. Voice provides far better “bandwidth” than text.

Escrow is fine.

I didn't figure I'd get much attention at $100-300. But my budget is NO WHERE NEAR $1500. Please keep in mind: I'm not a big corporation. I'm just a little guy who wants to beCOME a big corporation.
