We are in need of a JavaScript/JQuery expert with a background in OOP and AJAX who can hand-code the user interface of a dynamically created product listing. The overall project is a multi-tiered dynamic web application with a database backend.

This person must also have an understanding of the following in order to ensure the JavaScript written will function with the following...

• MySQL

• PHP

• HTML

• CSS

• JQuery

Ideal candidate will be able to:

• Understand best practices in user interface design and implement them to create the upmost user experience for customers.

• Build and test all code in major browsers such as: IE 7, 8, & 9, FireFox, Chrome, and Safari.

• Work with current Web Developer to integrate newly created JavaScript with established server scripts

• Web conference over Skype (free tool)

JOB DETAIL

All code must be written clean and concise with comments written in English layman terms for future programmer reference. Sites main written language is php.

JavaScript must be written to control product listings and the running totals of those products contained in a MySQL database for customer listings. The JavaScript will create a web UI action which creates a pop-up from the web page screen bottom. Those selections in this action should be kept (remembered) if the user clicks anywhere else on the site or even closes it. This new UI design must also be compatible with current browsers such as: IE 7, 8, & 9, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari.
