Google Map with Heat

Google map that shows "heat". Using something like this:

But I would like to be able to have finer distinctions than just by country. For example I would like to be able to see the difference in "heat" in different cities in the same country.

The data will come in the form of csv files. If you want to do this via mysql then I suggest making mysql tables on the fly every time a user would want to generate a map.

Each record in the data set has a longitude and latitude field. The other relavant fields are a date field and several "other fields". In the case of missing longitude or latitude data then that record should be ignored.

The user should have the option to choose a date range in which to generate the heat graph and also should be able to select which of the "other fields" they want to use for the heat map.

It would be nice if the application could show 2 or more maps on the same web page with different maps displaying the heat for either different fields or different date sets. In your bid, please indicate whether you can accomplish this or not.

This needs to be installable on a virtual private server running Windows 2008 Server. You will only have ftp access to the server.
