Dynamic Update of Hotel Room Search Form During Input

Have a need to restrict the number of nights a potential guest can stay in a hotel room booking search form (see attached pic). Some rooms have a minimum stay requirement depending on the date, and thus the number of nights a guest may select in the second form field should reflect this after a guest inputs their arrival date in the first field. This would likely require an ajax call to the database on any given hotel room based on the chosen arrival date.
This can be developed on a sandbox mirror of our site with access to the appropriate code.
Additionally, a message should popup under the form clarifying to the potential guest and minimum stay requirements based on their chosen date.
