We have a social shopping website fully working and wish to do the following enhancement to one of the user input forms (Submit a product)
Currently the form has the product details fields. Need to add a field such as website url/product url for user to input. Once the user inputs the url the backend PHP script should parse the webpage content contained in the url given by the user and grab the image location urls into the temp table/buffer.
Also before the user clicks the submit button, the form has to show the thumbnails of the images as radio button options to the user to choose the image (pulled from image location urls from the backend script) to be selected.
Once the image is selected the corresponding image url need to be appended to the description filed in the table associated with the form.
The weburl and image url also need to be stored into the fields of the table.
This logic is being used in social bookmarking sites like [url removed, login to view] and in many bookmarking sites. One another example is [url removed, login to view]
