Create webinar script

Greetings :

I need someone to create a webinar script to install on my web and then I can offer to my clients so they can use to brodcast to their clients.

Normally every client of mine must have available 8 seats per session and can use the webinar 6 times per month.

We must be able to sell coupons that they can buy from us in order to increase seats number or times per month.

We must be able to use the webinar as well but we can decide how many people we want to brodcast to and then sell seats in case someone wants to drop in.

We must be able to broadcast recorded seminars too as well as record the live sessions.
