181148 Create an server side Ad page

This is a very important and urgent small project.

Here is the concept. I have a special page (with an ad on it) and i would like all visitors of my site to see this page independantly from the URL they typed. For example, they see the ad page if they type [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view],... etc..

It is working the same way than : [url removed, login to view]

This special page should close by itself in 8 secondes and can only be seen 1 time per day by the same visitor. So we need to create some cookie to track people.

I have my own dedicated server, so i can change the server config to suit that project.
