205513 Code PSD to Wordpress

Code a Wordpress theme based on a PSD that I will provide (see attached screenshot).

Requirements:

1) The theme must be coded table-less, valid XHTML, valid CSS and tested in the most common browsers - at least in IE6, IE7 and Firefox.

2) The subnavigation items in the left sidebar must be invisible and become visible with Javascript by clicking the according parent menu items.

Please show samples of Wordpress themes that you have coded. Payment through escrow after I tested the theme on my server.
