Pre-requisite Requirements on Retargeting module
1. Retargeting tag must follow campaign banners (not placed in zone code)
2. Can run retargeting and non-retargeting campaigns on the same zone
3. Work on popular webbrowsers: IE, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari
4. Cookies must be placed to visitor’s browsers only when user clicks on Retargeting Universe Campaign’s banners
5. Retargeting must work in CPM, CPC, CPD pricing models
