PSD to Magento Project!

On this project you will have to create a Magento theme based on a PSD file. We will deliver 1-3 sites and you will have to change every site in magento to a similar design.

Please find a sample image of a design above. All sites have to be transformed into magento. We need someone with an eye for details because there are a lot of javascript/ ajax effects inside. You will also have to install all necessary extensions (all are free) and make a ready to use installation. For the main features and settings we need a simple manual. We request highest web standards such as all modern validations.
Further you will have to subscribe to our NDA and a detailed project sheet. And please note, we pay max 10% as prepayment.
You must be great at:
* sleek and clean web design
* sleek and clean code
* Magento
* PHP, CSS3, HTML5, MySQL, Javascript, Ajax, jQuery etc.
* usability
* optimizing for SEO
* using SVN, issue tracking ex. Mantis or Jira
* Skype and Teamviewer, communication with team members and short daily updates.
After your placed bid you will have to fill out a short survey to get more information about you and your recent work.
