Facebook Like Plugin on my site showing error. need fix!

My website has been blocked on facebook.
When I click on like button the button turns in to red color link with text "error". The popup opened show following error :

I have no idea that why my website is blocked, it is simply about a mobile SIM card websites in Chinese.
Need this to be fixed asap other than just help me to submit a "appeal" form on facebook:

as I have already done so.
