1. Must provide us with solid deadline with detail working plan.
2. With 6 months free support for system after finished the project.
3. After 6 months, employer may be will consider a maintenance contract with developer, be employer will pay around $20 in monthly for maintenance and function update.
4. May have some little function changes after you accept the project.
5. Accept to use some existing open source cms system to develop the system. (Drupal , ecshop, Joomla… etc)

8. Developer need to accept a small function changes (around 10%) with budget employer accepted.
9. Experiences in CURL for develop the auction and cURL system.

Login system with admin panel and user panel.
Deposit system for shopping.

Email and SMS notification. (SMS API will provide by employer)
