Remove joomla virus scripts and lock down security issues

I have some websites that have a lot of web security issues and need someone who knows sql injection solutions for joomla, wordpress and general php settings. I have an exisitng website already up and working and just need to fix the issues. My web hosting company suspended the website because of the issues but we still have ftp access and cpanel. I need someone who can think like a hacker to make sure my sites stay up without any issues. My templates were originially purchased from theme forest. please provide me some links of sites you worked on and how you can help for my issues.
