Need our captcha fixed

I am trying to implement secureimage captcha on my form. I have it installed on my page but similar to when I used google's recaptcha. It says that the incorrect letters were entered, eventhough it was correct. We would like to have thi fixed. In the attached screenshot the error message is shown on the same page as the form and we would like to have this installed if this is possible too.
