customize a wordpress website - repost

Customise a Wordpress site (already registered and is 'active').
- The website is to be centrally aligned. ie. Logo, pages and format aligned to centre
- Pages required to be titled - 'About the Studio', 'About the People', 'Projects', 'Journal', 'Contact'
- Each page to have a three column format of images with the top left image always being the current post/project.
- A search filter for traffic to detect project types. I am an Interior Designer, so the search should allow to differentiate between residential, commercial, retail and product design searches.
For 'Journal' this would be my page of images that inspire me, similar to 'stimuli' listed on this website:

I like the format of this website except with three images not four columns of images:

I wish to have it formatted so I can update and post new projects simply and it will align with proposed format.
