Create a Genesis child theme

I am looking for someone to create a child theme for Wordpress using the Genesis framework.
READ: YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE CREATING GENESIS CHILD THEMES!
Attached is a drawn layout of how I want the site to fit together ([url removed, login to view]) What I am looking for, is a two-column layout very similar to the layout in [url removed, login to view] with a fixed menu bar up top (that stays in place when the page scrolls, and is 25% translucent).
Each blog post entry must be in the design format as per the attached image [url removed, login to view] (the small portrait photo is to be removed). The post author must be on top of the focus image for each post.
The entire theme must be widgetized (header menu, each column must have widgets available for all boxes).
