Template for a new Telecom Company

Project Description Project Requirements We need a design for a site, which will be selling telecommunication products and service. We will implement the programming and content ourselves. We need two or three mockups. The new site is for our latest e-commerce initiative. The design must, above all, appear professional, and simple navigation and workflow is of the utmost importance. Tabs links will occupy the top of the screen, which navigate to five or six sections (Home, Plans & Phones, Wireless Accessory, Switch, eStore, QwestMobile tools, Member Center, Dial-Up, High Speed Internet, Business Center, Extras). We also require some top and bottom-of-screen telecommunications to be set aside for [url removed, login to view] standard advertising (minimum 468 X 60). The right and left side of the screen will be populated with section-specific menus and/or links. The remainder of the screen will be used for dynamic content. This initial tender is only for a single-page template. We also retain the option of contracting the successful designer to create all site pages and dynamic controls. To create a one-page site where we can sell wireless products through our affiliate partners online. Our Partner will provide all links to products and service ordering. We will require HTML, graphics and layered PSD files when a design is accepted. Full on-line store with front store pages including member pages, quick shop page, contact us, about us, resources, customer service, your account page, log in and sign in page. For this project we are getting proposal from different companies who have the capacity of doing this developing the site. We can't be discussing with all the people. We will be selecting the company only based on their previous experience and their approach to the project only. If you are interested you can submit a draft. Design Guidelines: - Please optimize for 800X600 screens - Site should be centered on the page. - You can use JavaScript and Flash , but not Java - Should not include browser-specific code "Windows XP", "in all 3.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape", "Linux" We want any other elements that will make the page look official and serious (contact us, privacy policy, copyright, today’s date, etc.)
