I need a very fast and talented designer to create the projects below. We are also looking for someone to use on a regular basis so please work hard to IMPRESS our clients. Please include relevant previous work in your post. We will not choose a winner that doesn't show us what they are capable of.
1) Squeeze Pages---- We need about 10 squeeze pages with basically the same info. Big Black and RED text and youtube video and 3 box contact form(name,email,phone) $40
2) Dynamic 10 PAGE real estate website--- Our client is a real estate wholesaler. They are looking for website with a flash intro, web contact forms, and php. One page will need to have 2x2 pics of homes with brief descriptions and another with links to pdfs and excel spreadsheets. $50
This client has a very low budget but keep in mind that I will need a regular provider and they will need more websites in the future.
all sites will be hosted on hosting gator.
