288653 Small animation radar screen

I need a small animation of a radar type screen that is to preceed some news stories on my newes web site. The animation would be placed above some text that leads in to the stories that I consider of importance. This is why I want the radar screen to exemplify the importance of reading the stories. It could be some type of radar like animation that you already have. I would like to see some example.
