I am an American based web design firm looking for an efficient outsourcing partner who can communicate in eastern time. You must answer the following questions.

1)What times can you be on gmail chat - answer in eastern time?

2) How much would you charge for a simple 6 page web site with contact form (unlimited revisions until client happy):

a)From scratch html?

b)From scratch flash and actionscript?

c)Based on static template monster template?

d)Based on flash template monster template?

3) How much for an oscommerce custom design, loading up to 20 products in admin, and training one person on admin panels? (unlimited revisions until client happy)

4)How many designers do you have that:

a) Know flash and actionscript?

b) Know PHP/Mysql?

c) Know English?

d) Please post your 5 best examples of flash/actionscript
