The winning bidder MUST be able to provide live chat via video.
Users need to be able to log onto the site, select whether they are male or female, then will be connected via either video or text chat to other users.
All users will be conncted to other users randomly, users cannot be identified.... the system will just match people automatically depending on who is online.
Users can exit either chat, at any time.
DUE TO THE DEMANDS OF THE SITE... WINNING BIDDER MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE SUITABLE DEDICATED HOSTING.
HOSTING MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:
* FFmpeg latest
* flvtool2 latest
* Flash Media Server latest
