Custom Chore Chart Designer

I need a web-based tool that allows parents to quickly design a chore chart for their kids. The application should provide very similar functionality to the custom chore chart maker at:

***Excluding the copyrighted graphics and characters.

The designer should provide the same functionality but should look more professional and should be "cleaner" looking and functioning. I would prefer a designer in Flash or Java allowing for real time designing as opposed to numerous HTML pages like at [url removed, login to view]
