PHP Extensions Programming

This is a very short job to program a php extension (.dll) for MS Windows. What I need is a php extension which allows php code to be filtered through the extension e.g. the php script will look something like this, and will automatically print the output from PHP:

The php extension will have the same functionality as the 'eval' command integrated into php, but this must be integrated into a php extension as well.

The php extension will have a function called 'PHP_FUNCTION(passCode)'

The php extension will be programmed in C, and will be compiled using Visual C++.

I can provide the basis code for programming this project, but I am having difficulties returning the output from PHP, this is because PHP is unidirectional, not bidirectional, anyone familiar with PHP will understand what I am saying here.

I hesitate this project to be no longer than one hours work if you have created PHP extensions before.

The successful candidate MUST have experience programming PHP extensions.
