Download app & De-Captcher

Hi,

I need an application that stimulates user action: enter a website, click on radio buttons, and enter to text box text that is given in a file.

It will have to face captcha - its better if we get also captcha breaker - from the format you can see in the attached file.

If it is not possible, then a text box should appear every time a captcha is being detected and the user will enter the text - and the application should continue downloading.
