Book pricing page

I need a simple web page, text olny, no graphics that will allow users to enter book ISBN #'s (book identification numbers) and then look up the price on a few other sites and tell the user what my compnay would be willing to pay for them.

Here a a few sites with a sample of the search feature for looking up price that I need

When users enter ISBN # on my site I need it to look up price quote on one or two of these sites, average the price, and show user the average buyback price.

Project is for functionalbility only, no fancy site to go with it. Simply bare bones text.
