Sales Sheet Design

I urgently need a "sales sheet" designed and formatted. I'm in a rush and need it done within the next 12 hours. I have all the text and some images completed, however need to have to have a professional sales sheet prepared utilizing the text I've provided. The sales sheet should be no more than 2 pages.

I'm open to the design and layout of the sales sheet, however should have some kind of header. I've attached a word document that has the name of the product and slogan on top (however would like this in an image format)...and all the next and general formatting for the text.

The actual sales sheet should use the standard format for a sales sheet which is typically 2 columns and are typically in the standard view...not horizontal. However I'm open to either view if you have experience with sales sheets and have a preference that improves the presentation. Please disregard the colors in this document, use whatever colors work best but should incorporate some shades of blue as it is a water product.

I've also attached a brochure template where the text for the sales sheet comes from. This may help with some ideas on how to present the text on the sales sheet. I don't want to copy this brochure exactly...however the format is nice. But please note that a sales sheet is formated differently from a brochure designed to be folded.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
