Winning bidder will create a private "social" file sharing website using PHP, asp.net or Flash/Flex. Other languages/platforms will be considered, however please ask for approval first. Emphasis is on simplicity of use and design.
## Deliverables
Winning bidder will create a private "social" file sharing website.
The site will allow users to:
1. Register for an account on the site.
2. Upload files to their account. On upload the file will be renamed to a randomly generated 20 alphanumeric character string, with the existing extension on kept on the end. For example, "[url removed, login to view]" may become "[url removed, login to view]".
3. Invite other registered users of the site to join their friends list.
4. Allow users on their friends list to see their uploaded files by clicking on their profile page. Other site members who are not on the users friends list will only be able to see the username and number of uploaded files for the user, but NOT links to, or descriptions of the uploaded files.
5. Add/edit descriptions to files, both when they are uploaded and after upload.
6. View links to and descriptions of files they have uploaded.
7. Edit an "avatar" image on their profile.
8. Edit a "tagline" on their profile. The tagline will be a block of text no longer than 255 characters.
Emphasis is on simplicity of use and design. Winning bidder may code in primarily in PHP, asp.net or Flash/Flex. Other languages/platforms will be considered, however please ask for approval first.
