''Organic'' SEO, Home page and Vendor prgoram pages redesign

This project is to optimize [[url removed, login to view]][1] for showing up in major search engines. PLEASE DO NOT submit bids that deal with link exchanges, email spam, 1000 incoming links or the same. Only "organic" bids will be considered. All website pages AND, Search results must be visible in Google, Yahoo etc in top 10 when searching by: dog boarding <cityname>, or cat boarding <cityname>, etc. A list will be provided later. We are familiar with SEO techniques but we decided to outsource the project for time constraints.

On the other hand we need also:

1. Homepage redesign (proposal, content, etc). We also own [url removed, login to view] and can integrate dinamic content. It must look like professional. Again CREATIVITY is required here. It's not a "you do this" project, but "you propose this, we choose and you do it". Check [url removed, login to view] BUT do not copy the design. Also all images that are embedded MUST have a copyright release from you. No Flash accepted due to the fact we are an eCommerce website like Expedia.com. The HTML source MUST be clean, the CSS, javascript should be external, etc. We want to have tips, news, featured vendor, prices for boarding in major cities like "today deals", etc. The Google PR must increase to at least 3. Search in [url removed, login to view] by [url removed, login to view] and click "pages that contain". You will see how may incoming links we have even Google hasn't updated its index yet.

2. Search results and search by city pages SEO. We have already SEO-ed the pages that you reach if you browse by "dog boarding" etc from teh yellow search box in our homepage. However, we need second opinion and WHY the Google PR is 0.

3. [[url removed, login to view]][2]. This needs to be optimized to SELL, CLOSE, etc. Target audience 75% women, 40+ years old that run pet care businesses.

## Deliverables

You MUST provide at least 3 verifiable US customer references, including samples of sites you optimized that now show up in Google and Yahoo in top positions. Also live websites for which you designed the homepage, etc.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
