Beverage distributor website needs backend administration. We have had this project posted elsewhere, and the average bid coming in is NO MORE than $500, so please, keep this in mind when bidding. Additionally, we produce a high volume of websites, and are constantly in need of programming. Needless to say, we are looking to forge a long, steady relationship with a new programmer (or staff) who are reliable, quick and simply, logical (time and time again we come across programmers who do not have any concept of what looks proper and appealing for a backend...please do not bid if you cannot produce quality work). *NOTE* Please see attached jpegs for samples of the minimum organizational style for this such backend and all future work.

PROJECT SPECIFICATION OVERVIEW:
Administration Login - Login point for administration system
Photo Gallery – Administrator photo gallery for photos taken at events; add, edit, delete, caption, reorder and multiple gallery creation options. Additionally, images must be watermarked with provided logo.
Salutes (visitor upload center) - Visitors to the site may upload their “site” related photos to that area of the website (will be prompted to browse for file, add caption if they wish, and enter their email address). User photos must be approved or denied by administrator before they are posted to the website. Approved photos will display on the website one at a time, viewable by clicking next or previous. Additionally, images must be watermarked with provided logo (uploaded to administration area; ability to be changed by client at any time).
Enter Site – On the splash page of the website, users must enter their birthday. Only user that are 21 years of age or older will be allowed to view website (this is a standard requirement for liquor related websites). If users are 21 years of age or older, they will be forwarded to an intro page; if under, to another page that will redirect them off of the website (pages to be provided).
Events Program – Administrator may list upcoming events; event title, date, time, location, description, two photos relating to event (add, edit, delete, reorder options). Default will be to organize events by date, however, administrator can reorder these.
Directory/Links – Administrator may add, edit, delete, reorder and add image/logo to links section.
Forms – The site will contain a mailing list form, an employment form (with option to upload photo or other file) and a contest form, viewable in administration area (with column sort & line deletion features). Entries will be downloadable is CSV format. Additionally, there is a quick submition form for email and mobile number that is always accessible on the site; this form must not only store with its own database, but it must dual submit – this means it will also be submitting the mobile portion to a secondary service used for sms text messaging.
User Accounts - Administrator must be able to create and delete user accounts allowing these users only specific access to specific administration functionality features. Example: main administrator account can create sub account allowing only access to collected form date or gallery editing.
PROJECT SHOULD BE DEVELOPED IN PHP. YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO MYSQL & PHPMYADMIN.

ADDITIONAL NOTE: It seems due to our posting of the average bid of $500 being that of what we have received so far, that everyone is bidding exactly that amount. Please be aware that price is also important...if you work with us, we will use you for all of our projects.
