Create & modify DotNetNuke and Module Skin

I am DotNetNuke Developer and i am currently about to get a new News Portal project.

I already have a lot of work assigned me previously. So, i am going to need winning bidders help on creating or modifying a skin to have exact same look at attached screenshot.

The screenshot presents homepage design of news portal (Turkish).

You don't have to worry for module purchases, i already have necessary modules for that purpose.

Basically, i will install, configure and provide you login details for a latest version of DotNetNuke. Including FTP access.

You will be responsible for Skin touch ups, client currently attached only screenshot for home page.

So for the beginning please post your bids for catching same look at home page of dnn with attached screenshot.
