asp to php user login

We have a client login script that is written in asp and would like it converted to php. The scripts are written for a shopping cart solution that has both asp & php versions. All code for both versions will be supplied and all fields for the databases are the same

Customer features:

Secure login feature - checks for email address and existing Order

Displays Order history and details of order.

Displays Order Status History

Save incomplete cart - and return later to empty

Customer menu appears in Left Hand column

Edit Login password

Admin features:

Records Order Status History

Emails customer change in status

Record comments to customer for each status update

Provides a link in email to Order Details

Only serious bidders need apply and complete the work within a month. please don't go quoting stupid amounts either as the project has already got quotes from reputable programmers for under $1000
