244043 Need poster generation

Need a simple but professional looking website that provides the following poster creation facilities:

- Creates poster size (27x40) files (using to be built, custom photoshop templates)

- Templates will vary in background color and wording (person name and event name)- see attached file example

- Users can upload up to 20 jpeg images to be placed on target poster

- Users will be able to decide where each image is positioned on the template 'slots'

- Images will vary in shape and size, but will all be square/rectangular

- Users will be able to preview the end result

- Users will pay for poster purchase online

- Poster image file (jpeg and/or psp) is generated and manually emailed to a selected print shop

- Shopping cart facility required for multiple orders

- Secure credit card payments using SSL tokens etc
