9085 fix ftp file - fast job

I have a php script that should be taking the contents of a folder on my server and using information filled in from a forum uploading them to a remote server. The problem is that even when the end user tells the form to upload to /public_html/ for example it's still uploading the files in the absolute root so they aren't visable. I've attached a text file that includes both the form and the processing file. Need this fixed as soon as possible.
