PHP developer for SaaS web application

I'm in need for a good PHP developer. Current project is a web based contact management application but if we're satisfied from one another, it could be long term since I have development work all the time.

My requirements:

1. Good English & communication via MSN messenger

2. Clean & documented code

3. Fast learner and initiative person. You need to know how to think and not just to receive detailed instructions

4. Experience in PHP OO, Smarty, Doctrine, MySQL, JS, CSS & AJAX web applications

5. Freelancers only! no companies thanks

6. You have experience building web applications (NOT public websites) and admin sections and can show it
