Photo upload to VirtueMart cart along whit other features

I run a Joomla ! photo retouching web site.
I need a custom job in VirtueMart. I need my costumers to be able to upload a picture, specify comments, and update the price according to VirtueMart attributes. Here is the plan I need to get done.
1. Go from Joomla 1.5 to 2.5
2. Implement an image up-loader that would pars the picture, price, thumnails and user comments in the VirtueMart basket.
a. The up loader would need to have a fotonotes interface (like seen on Flickr)
b. The component should not require any installation by the visitor.
c. It would have to be has browser friendly has possible on has many platforms has possible.
d. Images would need to be automatically sorted in different folders and sub-folders for each VirtueMart orders, categories, sub-categories and attributes.
e. The up loader would need to be able to detect and eventually restrict file extensions
f. I’d like it to be able to upload has many/large files has possible.
g. Additional features would be to give the possibility for the user to transfer his picture files directly from Facebook, Flickr and other web albums.
h. Finaly, it would be great if files could store some additional meta-data or have tags added in the name of the file dynamically in the order process so that they would be easily sortable and suitable for batch process
