Designer needed for small projects - making changes to an existing design

We are looking for a designer who can take a design and make the requested changes to the design. The changes are more functional rather than actual design changes. We send you a PSD of the current design for each project, and then you send it back as a CSS with the requested changes. Below are the usual changes you would need to make to an existing design:
1. Username + icon of a user. There you also need a logout option (the X ) and the change option.?
2. Login + Register buttons that need to look big and that call for action.
3. An application status bar.
4. Make sure the main area (the area where the information is presented) is at least 600px, if it can be more, than better.
5. Side bar and top bar.
6. Social bar at the bottom.
7. "Add this" button at the top.

Basically, we are incorporating a registration site into an existing site, and we need to make changes to our clients' existing designs so our registration site looks exactly as part of their site.
