CSS / Usability design of MMORPG sign-up (part of) website

Creation of the css of the sign-up page of a mmorpg game. [So 1 CSS for the entire site (I'l reuse this css for the mail)].

Now the site is using a free design: [url removed, login to view] You need to use this css as a benchmark.

I expect from you to make a first class css design. You are free to use your own imagination.

It's a trade game (I think that's something you can include in your design).

To participate in this bid, show me examples of previous work.

I hope we can keep the price reasonable.

After development I need the complete and sole rights of the work done.

(So included will be the css and images for this sign-up part of the site).
