Create MODs and plugins for numerous platforms

We need a MOD (plugin) created for each of the following:

-- phpBB

-- vBulletin

-- Drupal

-- Joomla

-- Movable Type

The MOD/plugin needs to be 1-click install so that any admin can EASILY add it to his/her own installation.

Specifically the MOD/Plugin will just add a Social Bookmark button such as digg to that particular installation. AddThis, ShareThis, TellAFriend, Socialize, Sociable etc. are some examples of existing MODs/plugins that already do this, and have SOURCE CODE that you can see.
