Need File Sharing Script installed, CGI, LWP, and Fcntl enabled

Hey Lancers!

I've been trying to get the Yabsoft file sharing script to work on my SUSU sever, but I'm have trouble. So basically I need to enable CGI and install some Perl modules. I have very little experience in this sort of thing and that's where you come in. : )

I need someone to basically get the script to work without harming my other sites. As far as I can tell it only needs the following requirements.

PHP 4.2.0 or better (installed)

Perl installed with LWP, CGI and Fcntl modules

MySQL 3.23 or better

Access to cron jobs

[optional]Mod_rewrite on apache

You'll get FTP access to the script and ssh access to the server.
