4311 Backup File Uploader

We have need of a simple utility that can send "Backup" files (all within a DIR or certain file(s) to a central FTP site from serveral different systems. - Flexible on Language used but must work on either Windows or linux. - An installer must also be built - A basic config file must allow us to reconfigure the application as to what directory OR file(s)to upload. - The file must have some means of being configured during the install process (by installer) to know the name or ID of the customer. - These files must be uploaded to an FTP site (secure) into a folder named with the company ID or name (gathered above) in it. - The Application will upload the files after the "backup" files are updated OR on a pre-set schedule (after business hours unless the computer is always off then). - This application will know to try another time if the original pre-set upload time is unavailable (or off). - This file must be designed to work with security software (such as Norton) and should be labeled and explained (in description)so it's not mistaken for a virus.
