Move an OScommerce website from on host to anther on - #2

I have an oscommerce website hosted on an server adress [login to view URL] (example) with an adress [login to view URL] (example).
I want to move the website to a new server with adress [login to view URL] (example) with the same adress.
The freelance will have to:
- Download all the files from the old server
- Upload all the file to the new host.
- Save the daatabase from the old host.
- Import the database to the new host.
- Change the things (php, cgi, html, css....) to let the webisite runs great.
- Warn me when it is done so I can change the DNS zone
- Then check again.
I Already have uploded the files to the old place AND imported the database.
An oscommerce expert is better to do that Job.
