Build a voice chat website for my application

I have a website with text chat, I want to have a voice chat server and client.
When I click on "call" from the application it will generate a conversation room document in mongodb.
I want the rtc server to create a "room" with the same Id as the document in mongodb, and when I go to the link on the voice chat website it joins the room (ex. [login to view URL][DocumentId])
The client side should have options like "mute"
