Concept details of network infrastructure for a wifi campus

We are looking for a high level concept paper (max 8 pages) that outlines how the wireless infrastructure should look like. See attached details for requirements. The paper must indicate appropriate recommendations on:

Physical requirement of routers, switches, access points, etc.

Indicate type of infra requirement (e.g. unmanaged/smart/managed switches, load balance routers, etc)

Setting of subnets, VLANs, network tiers (Level 3, Level 2 and Level 1)

Configuration of routers/switches in modes like bridge only, access point mode, etc

Deployment and configuration of switches/subnets/VLANS/IP address ranges/gateways/etc

Please feel free to make alternate recommendations to network design, scalability, etc., or your recommendations to include any future expansion options (e.g. deployment of IP audio systems, school bells, etc)

At this time, we do not require you to implement/execute the network. We are only looking for a paper that explains in detail the components and configuration of hardware that will be required.
