I am in need of an accessibility application for users with impaired mobility and movement that can run in the background unobtrusively, such as as Windows Service, to globally hook into a users keyboard entry and perform a task such as display an alert or open a program whenever the user presses certain keys in a specific order, such as typing in Ctrl + "i" and "e" will fire up Internet Explorer, or Ctrl + "f" and "f" will start FireFox or Ctrl + "s" and "s" will take a fullscreen screen shot and save it in a directory such as My Photos for users to be able to easily attach the screenshot to their emails etc...
Specific keys will need to be configurable per user, such as through a user config file.
Please note, no matter which application the user is currently using, if the user presses these keys in sequence the configured action must happen.
The target operating system will be Windows 7, 32 and 64 bit and Windows 8 32 and 64 bit, Windows Server 2012+
Thank you, I look forward to reviewing your offers.
