Need a professional looking start up page for a windows 8 app. The name of the app is "Post Box" it's a message delivering system, that allows the user to send email and sms messages to individuals and groups. The second part of this project is to pull in any responses to the message, save it to a database table and display it under the original message.
I have included a screen shot of how a message is shown with the corresponding responses.
