I need some one to create a dll file under windows.
What the dll do:
- acces a web adress;
- download some file to specific folder;
- set Read Only to downloaded files;
Allsow i need that the code to be coded, obfuscated, etc sow they cand read the source.
It can be writed on c++, c#, delphi, .net or any other program as long as the dll is a valid dll file.
